Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business through strategic partnerships with Chartered Accountants. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for building relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Receive and connect with outbound leads provided by the marketing team, visit partners' offices to discuss potential collaborations, and source additional leads independently using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Justdial.
  • Partnership Development: Understand the services offered by potential partners, pitch relevant RazorpayX products to establish partnerships, own the end-to-end sales process for RazorpayX products to the partners' clients, and hand over newly onboarded partners to the farming team with clear documentation.
  • Mandatory Qualifications:
    1. 0-6 months of sales experience.
    2. Experience in the payment industry would be an advantage.
    3. Strong communication skills, oral & written.
    4. Self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
    5. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
    6. Hardworking with a strong work ethic.

Estimated Salary: ₹8 lakhs per annum (approximate). Note that this is an estimate based on national averages and may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
