ServiceNow Business Analyst Expert

PamTen Inc is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst Expert to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work remotely and be part of a dynamic organization.
The ideal candidate will possess sound foundational and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, as well as a detailed understanding of business users represented. The ability to describe business and user requirements in a manner that enables system administrators, application developers, and quality assurance engineers to understand and estimate relative effort, and deliver business functionality, is essential.
Responsibilities may include:
- Representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes
- Owning relationships with project stakeholders and requestors to identify, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
- Providing training to stakeholders and requestors on various uses of the ServiceNow platform
- Working with Platform Support and Development teams to develop level-of-effort and release estimates
- Supporting the Platform Team in understanding business and test requirements
- Translating technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions
- Chairing and coordinating all business stakeholder meetings as well as executive stakeholder meetings
- Participating and providing input in all architectural processes and discussions
- Owning the business analysis model and consistently driving improvements
To be successful in this role, you must bring strong technical foundations and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, highly proficient analysis skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop and forge strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders.
