About the Job: As a ServiceNow Expert Professional at Digile, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your technical expertise to build robust and efficient ServiceNow configurations, scripts, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and UI Builder to design and develop custom configurations, scripts, and workflows that meet client requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, development best practices, and emerging trends in the industry.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices with colleagues.
  • Participate in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills of team members and ensure they are equipped to handle complex ServiceNow projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • No less than 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Architect.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and UI Builder.
  • Strong scripting skills using JavaScript, PowerShell, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Workflows and customizations.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations to other systems using MID servers and direct/web services.
  • Desirable: Experience with ITOM, CMDB, Asset Management, OMT, and architectural integrations with enterprise applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
