  • Handle p1, p2 tickets, handle MI's, and perform RCA. Create and review SOPs, monitor, and manage enterprise print services using OMPlus and LRS VPSX for print job routing, auditing, and failover.
Key Skills:
  • OMPlus - Centralised Job Control and Monitoring
  • LRS VPSX - Output Management and Delivery
  • HP Web Jetadmin - Device Discovery, Configuration, and Firmware Updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user print issues - including print errors, print queue issues, new printer requests, and connectivity problems.
  • Manage print drivers and firmware upgrades, OS Knowledge (Windows Server/Unix Server).
