About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for all technical queries and incidents, you will provide expert support in hardware, software, network, and application issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) or escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Accurately log all incidents and requests in our Service Management tool.
  • Follow established procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

  • Fluent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in a Technical Support / Help Desk role (1–6 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
