We are seeking an experienced Project Support Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Facilitate and document scrum meetings, stand-ups, and client discussions.">
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and schedules.">
  • Support project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project milestones.">
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to track updates, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related field.">
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator/Associate/Intern in IT, e-learning, or related domains.">
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
