Job Title : Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Academic Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing academic-related queries from students and customers with professionalism and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a student-first mindset.

Responsibilities include:

  • Addressing academic-related queries from students and customers
  • Providing personalized mentoring and guidance to help students excel in their studies
  • Engaging with students on social media, responding to queries and fostering a supportive learning community
  • Managing general inquiries and administrative tasks related to student support
  • Cordinating with faculty and internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of student concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and feedback to improve services

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a student-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic and patient approach to dealing with student concerns
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, chat support, and social media engagement is a plus
