Job Title : Customer Relationship Management Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve academic-related queries from students and customers with professionalism and efficiency. 
- Provide personalized mentoring and guidance to help students excel in their studies. 
- Engage with students on social media, responding to queries and fostering a supportive learning community. 
- Manage general inquiries and administrative tasks related to student support. 
- Coordinate with faculty and internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of student concerns. 
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback to improve services. 
- Assist in creating FAQs and knowledge base articles to streamline support. 
- Proactively reach out to students for follow-ups and ensure they are on the right learning track. 
Key Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or a similar role. 
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. 
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a student-first mindset. 
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 
- Empathetic and patient approach to dealing with student concerns. 
- Familiarity with CRM tools, chat support, and social media engagement is a plus. 
- Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' academic journeys.
