Job Title : Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Address and resolve academic-related queries from students and customers with professionalism and efficiency.

2. Provide personalized mentoring and guidance to help students excel in their studies.

3. Engage with students on social media, responding to queries and fostering a supportive learning community.

4. Manage general inquiries and administrative tasks related to student support.

5. Coordinate with faculty and internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of student concerns.

6. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback to improve services.

7. Assist in creating FAQs and knowledge base articles to streamline support.

8. Proactively reach out to students for follow-ups and ensure they are on the right learning track.

Key Requirements:

1. 1+ years of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or a similar role.

2. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a student-first mindset.

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

5. Empathetic and patient approach to dealing with student concerns.

6. Familiarity with CRM tools, chat support, and social media engagement is a plus.

7. Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' academic journeys.
