Job Title: Customer Relationship Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Bancassurance division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective customer relationships by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Insurance Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our insurance products and services, including life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, and other relevant solutions.
- Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively promote and sell insurance products to our customers.
- Needs Analysis and Solution Design: Conduct needs analysis for customers to determine their insurance requirements and design suitable solutions.
- Documentation and Application Processing: Assist customers with the completion of insurance application forms and related documentation.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide ongoing customer service and support to address inquiries, claims processing, and policy servicing requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products and services.
