Channel Development Manager

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Channel Development Manager to develop assigned territories and grow new channels. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Channel Development and Regional channel management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop channel frameworks and market entry strategies
  2. Build and maintain relationships with Authorized Enrolment Partners (Channel Partners) in assigned territories
  3. Conduct due diligence on prospective partners and negotiate agreements
  4. Oversee all phases of the Channel Partner development process, including market planning, business planning, site selection, manpower onboarding, and project launches
  5. Ensure compliance with legal and statutory policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth and profit
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence people
  • Comfortable making decisions, evaluating options, and considering long-term consequences
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, including prioritisation, multi-tasking, delegation, and working with minimal supervision
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to respond quickly to changing demands, processes, and information

This role requires extensive travel and a minimum of 7 years of work experience in sales and channel development. Experience in education, training, BFSI, real estate, telecom, retail, or consumer goods and services is preferred.
