As a seasoned business growth professional, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our existing client base while identifying new opportunities to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the channel partner network in Bangalore zone and drive sales through them.
  • Manage the sourcing of deals from channel partners for new home sales and conduct regular meetings with these partners.
  • Ensure retention and engagement with existing channel partners by providing support and maximizing business from a set of identified partners.
  • Identify the right sets of channel partners to work on focused projects and assist in organizing and managing workshops and events for these partners.
