Our organization is revolutionizing the asset management space with a cutting-edge platform focusing on PMS and AIF solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strategic partnerships with distribution channels like Wealth Management Firms, IFAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks.
- Identify and engage high net worth individuals, Ultra-HNI, and institutional clients for PMS and AIF products.
- Craft compelling investor pitches to drive client acquisition initiatives and convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Collaborate with Investment and Product teams to communicate product strategies and value propositions effectively.
- Organize regular roadshows, webinars, and investor education sessions to educate clients about our services.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory developments in the PMS and AIF sectors.
- Achieve predefined asset growth targets while ensuring compliance with SEBI and internal governance norms.
- Presentation of periodic performance reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts to stakeholders.
- 10-15 years of experience in PMS/AIF sales or distribution, preferably within an AMC, wealth management firm, or registered investment advisor.
- Established relationships with distribution channels and client segments.
- Deep understanding of capital markets, PMS/AIF product structures, regulatory environment, and investor segmentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with academic credentials in Commerce or Marketing.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
