Channel Partner Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Channel Partner Development Specialist to strengthen and expand our network in Bangalore. This high-ownership role involves managing real estate channel partners, driving new home sales, and ensuring continuous partner engagement.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in revenue growth, partner relationship management, and execution of channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand and nurture a strong Channel Partner network in Bangalore.
  • Drive new home sales by sourcing deals from channel partners.
  • Conduct CP meetings and onboard new partners in assigned micro-markets.
  • Ensure retention and maximize engagement with existing partners.
  • Organize workshops, events, and engagement activities for CPs.
  • Handle partner concerns and provide proactive support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales / business development (real estate preferred).
  • Strong communication & relationship management skills.
  • Proven experience in channel partner management is an added advantage.
  • Two-wheeler (mandatory) for field visits.
  • Consistent work history with 1–2 appraisals in the same organization preferred.
