Channel Development Lead

This position is responsible for developing assigned territories to grow new channels. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Channel Development and Regional channel management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create channel frameworks and market entry strategies
  • Act as a single point of contact for new channel development
  • Identify and sign-up Authorized Enrolment Partners (Channel Partners)
  • Manage all phases of Authorized Enrolment Partner development, including market planning, business planning, site selection, manpower onboarding, and project launch
  • Ensure Channel Partners comply with legal and statutory policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and channel development
  • Experience in Education/Training, BFSI, Real Estate, Telecom, Retail or consumer goods & services, or new-age industries preferred
  • Exposure to Distance Education an advantage
