Job Title:

Senior Digital Channels Technology Specialist

As a Senior Digital Channels Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital channels technology solutions. This includes designing, building, and maintaining high-performance digital applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions that leverage digital channels technology.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall performance.
  1. System Development and Maintenance:
  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance digital applications using various programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure that systems are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment.
  • Collaborate with IT operations teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless system availability.
  1. Digital Channels Strategy and Planning:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop tailored digital channels strategies that meet these requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  1. Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills in software development, data analysis, and digital channels technology.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and version control systems.
  1. Professional Certifications:
  • Cloud computing certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • DevOps certifications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
