Job Opportunity:
Marketing and Business Development ProfessionalWe are seeking a results-driven marketing expert to drive our overall marketing strategy. This includes generating leads, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and supporting sales with actionable insights.
About the Role:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through digital channels, social media, email, events, and partnerships. Research and qualify leads using CRM tools, and industry databases. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team. Execute targeted campaigns to attract new customers.
- Marketing Execution: Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline platforms. Create engaging marketing content (posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations). Manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms. Coordinate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.
- Marketing Analytics & Insights: Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates. Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends. Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine strategies. Provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.
- Sales & Business Support: Align closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads. Support pre-sales activities with presentations, case studies, and proposal inputs. Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and targeted communication. Work on customer segmentation and profiling to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Less than 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
- Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.
