
Drive Sales Growth and Revenue

A successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast and manage sales performance on a quarterly basis to meet or exceed targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience: Proven sales experience in IT B2B direct sales is required.
- MBA in Marketing (advantageous): An MBA in Marketing is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Business Development Expertise: Strong expertise in business development and selling to large corporate clients is essential.
- Strong Team Handling Skills: Excellent team handling skills and knowledge of sales techniques are required.
