We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to drive market analysis and revenue growth for our hospitality industry. This key role involves analyzing market trends, managing pricing models, and maximizing inventory efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth period-end analysis to evaluate sales performance and identify future need periods or obstacles.
- Perform revenue management reporting and critiques, delivering actionable insights for forecasting and targeting need areas.
- Utilize demand forecasting and reservations systems to develop and implement effective pricing and selling strategies.
- Collaborate with the business operation team to align revenue management strategies with market conditions and brand objectives.
- Manage inventory to optimize cluster rooms revenue and align with demand trends.
- Maintain key corporate accounts and identify new corporate clientele opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans and targets through effective sales programs.
System Requirements:
- Accurately generate and maintain reports for revenue management, forecasting, and sales analysis.
- Perform rate loading tasks to ensure rate parity and availability across all distribution channels.
- Regularly update pricing to align with market demand and ensure accurate positioning across online travel agencies (OTAs) and other channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Post-graduation from a tier-1 college/university.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue management in the hotel industry.
- Proficient in revenue management tools and systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovative solutions.
