Revenue Manager

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to drive market analysis and revenue growth for our hospitality industry. This key role involves analyzing market trends, managing pricing models, and maximizing inventory efficiency.

  • Conduct in-depth period-end analysis to evaluate sales performance and identify future need periods or obstacles.
  • Perform revenue management reporting and critiques, delivering actionable insights for forecasting and targeting need areas.
  • Utilize demand forecasting and reservations systems to develop and implement effective pricing and selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with the business operation team to align revenue management strategies with market conditions and brand objectives.
  • Manage inventory to optimize cluster rooms revenue and align with demand trends.
  • Maintain key corporate accounts and identify new corporate clientele opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and targets through effective sales programs.

System Requirements:

  • Accurately generate and maintain reports for revenue management, forecasting, and sales analysis.
  • Perform rate loading tasks to ensure rate parity and availability across all distribution channels.
  • Regularly update pricing to align with market demand and ensure accurate positioning across online travel agencies (OTAs) and other channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Post-graduation from a tier-1 college/university.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue management in the hotel industry.
  • Proficient in revenue management tools and systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovative solutions.
