Key Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional business development professional to acquire new merchants in the Emerging & Enterprise category and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new merchants in the Emerging & Enterprise category
- Prepare short-term and long-term sales plans, approaches, and strategies
- Develop entrepreneurial drive and a sense of ownership to innovate and question the norm
- Achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Prioritize multiple tasks and define the growth and strategic trajectory
Requirements
- A strong background in B2B sales or partnerships with exposure to fintech, SaaS, or payments industry
- The ability to manage end-to-end business development cycles from lead generation to closure
- A solid understanding of enterprise merchant needs and market trends in the payments ecosystem
- Succesful experience handling complex negotiations and long sales cycles
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with product, marketing, and operations teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
