Business Development Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by engaging with potential customers, scheduling virtual sessions, and converting leads into program enrollments through structured inside sales efforts.

  • Engage in outbound calls to company-provided leads and convert them into paying customers.
  • Understand customer profiles and provide tailored course recommendations.
  • Conduct engagement-driven discussions to onboard students into learning programs.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel using a CRM system from initial contact to conversion.
  • Maintain high-quality sales practices and strong adherence to defined processes.
  • Stay updated on course offerings and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Handle objections and effectively close sales in a consultative manner.
  • Deliver consistent performance in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, convincing, and objection-handling skills.
  • Strong process orientation and revenue-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured inside sales methodology.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
