Job Title: Sales and Business Growth Professional
- As a Sales and Business Growth Professional, you will be responsible for driving commercial discussions, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring the alignment of contract conditions with legal standards.
- You will also participate in order acquisition, manage receivables, identify and report commercial risks, and create quarterly provisions to ensure adequate coverage.
- In addition, you will prepare monthly business reports, provide timely qualitative information, and facilitate management decisions.
- Furthermore, you will coordinate with auditors, ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, and analyze selling costs to ensure correct impact on the books of accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree is mandatory. A Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance/CA or ICWA Inter would be an added advantage.
- 10-12 years of experience in sales and commercial functions, with strong expertise in finance controlling and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English, willingness to travel, and knowledge of MS Office/SAP are essential.
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a customer-centric approach are required.
