A key opportunity exists for an ambitious Sales Enthusiast in the Security and Facility Management industry. As a Business Development Manager, this role involves driving sales targets, managing key accounts, and fostering business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver personal sales targets through profitable client-specific business by identifying prospective client expectations, designing commercial proposals tailored to their needs, and collaborating with the internal team to convert business.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and increase the new business pipeline by leveraging corporate sales management skills.
- Sales Funnel Management: Optimize the sales funnel by generating leads, understanding market mapping, and conducting research to identify new markets, prospects, customer growth potential, emerging trends, and unique requirements.
- Key Account Management: Strategically align with key account clients to ensure organic growth and new business referrals by applying sales, BD, and B2B sales expertise.
- Client Engagement: Manage pre-qualification processes, promote services by addressing and predicting client objectives, and offer solutions by utilizing lead generation, RFQ development, and RFP skills.
- Market Mapping: Conduct research to identify new markets, prospects, customer growth potential, emerging trends, and unique requirements by analyzing facility management (FM) and security sales data.
- Promote Services: Promote the company’s services by offering trustworthy feedback, providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales contracts by ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company guidelines.
The ideal candidate should possess relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. They should also have proven sales experience, preferably in the Security and Facility Management industry or related services, and be skilled in areas like client acquisition, sales funnel optimization, business development, and security sales.
