
Drive Revenue Growth and Establish Relationships

Job Summary:
A seasoned executive is required to execute the annual business development strategy by driving revenue growth. The role involves establishing relationships with potential large clients and increasing market share of the organization in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and formulate action plans to manage deviations if any.
- Monitor performance against sector wise targets and all contract deviations with regard to account P&L and adherence to the minimum.
- Drive acquisition of large accounts and aggressively market our value proposition to them.
- Drive growth and penetration in new clients by overseeing the smooth and timely conduct of the sales management process.
- Establish relationships with potential large clients through regular interactions with key decision makers.
- Implement aggressive sales plans to meet and exceed quotas.
- Secure profitable business contracts for Food Services within large manufacturing accounts nationwide.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Represent Compass professionally and ethically.
- Provide written reports on sales progress and statistical analyses.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the Food Services industry is an asset.
- Full time MBA from a reputed institute/university.
- 10-15 years of demonstrated success in enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
