Job Title:

Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Oracle Billing & Revenue Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving project management initiatives and leading cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement billing strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Manage the receipt, sorting, and validation of incoming payments
  • Monitor account status, identify inconsistencies, and take corrective action as needed
  • Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices while ensuring accurate data entry
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely solutions to client inquiries and concerns
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on billing activity using clear and reliable data

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
  • At least 9 years of experience in IT telecom billing, with preference for Oracle BRM or OCI certifications
  • Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination skills
  • Proven ability to lead large teams (over 1,000 members) and manage complex projects
