Wind Energy Business Development Specialist

Seeking an experienced professional to drive business development for windmill inspection solutions across large wind energy farms and companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wind energy sector, coupled with exceptional business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from windmill inspection solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at wind energy firms, OEMs (e.g., Suzlon, Siemens Gamesa), and energy auditing firms.
- Present tailored solutions to decision-makers, demonstrating return on investment and converting leads into successful closures.
- Work closely with wind energy companies to assess structural integrity, productivity, and performance of windmills.
- Translate client challenges into customized solutions with measurable business impact.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and pipeline progress.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years' experience in business development, preferably in wind energy or clean-tech industries.
- Exposure to wind energy farms, OEMs (e.g., Suzlon, Siemens Gamesa), or energy auditing firms.
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and closures.
