Energy Solutions Professional Needed

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in providing better Smart Energy solutions to customers. The individual should be self-driven, responsible, a quick learner and a problem solver.

The role involves inverter installation instruction and maintenance training, answering consulting phone calls and replying emails for customer support, remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting and replacement, collecting clear after-sales support cases data and reporting to the leader.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training;
  • Answering consulting phone calls and replying emails for customer support;

  • Collecting clear after-sales support cases data and reporting to the leader;
  • Other team work assigned from the team leader.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the solar industry with a strong background in inverter technology;
  • Self-motivator with excellent communication skills;
  • Good communicator with fluent English.
