Insurance Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our comprehensive insurance strategies. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can assess risks, identify opportunities, and drive cost-effective solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the renewal process for various insurance policies, including Property All Risks, Business Interruption, Marine Cargo, and Construction All Risks. They will also review and negotiate policy wordings, terms, and conditions with brokers and underwriters to ensure optimal coverage and competitive pricing.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive insurance strategies to mitigate risks and optimize coverage.
  • Manage the renewal process for various insurance policies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for new and existing renewable energy projects, identifying potential exposures and developing mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on renewable energy.
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
