Technical Support Specialist for Energy Storage Solutions

This role involves providing technical support and guidance to customers on-site and remotely for PCS/BESS products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting faults, managing spare parts inventory, and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication and feedback mechanisms.

Additionally, this position requires learning about the working principle of Hopewind's PCS/BESS products and providing training to customers.

About the Role
  • Provide on-site technical support and remote guidance for PCS/BESS products.
  • Troubleshoot faults and guide customers to handle simple issues.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and track levels.
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication and organize feedback.
  • Learn about PCS/BESS product working principles and provide training to customers.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with English language and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated mindset and ability to plan in ambiguous situations.
  • Working experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with PCS and BESS knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
