Job Overview:

The POWERCON Group is a leading provider of Renewable Energy project development, construction, and lifetime operations. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Solar Operations & Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the performance of multiple solar plants, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  2. Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.
  3. Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
  4. Ensure smooth transitions during project handovers and takeovers.
  5. Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
  6. Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Education:
  2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
