About this role

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The goal of the job is to drive pricing strategy, manage global and regional price lists, analyze market competitiveness, and provide support to sales teams with pricing requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP), ensuring accuracy in SAP/CPQ and sales tools.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Provide daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • Support Product Management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
  • Deliver pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.
  • Train global/regional stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing management (preferably pump industry or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
  • Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
