We are seeking an experienced Business Finance Professional to lead our Pricing and Revenue Optimization efforts.

Pricing & Revenue Strategies
  • Develop and implement pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments.
  • Analyze market dynamics, cost structures, and revenue leakage to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments.
Revenue Growth and Recovery
  • Identify and mitigate revenue leakages through data analysis and process improvements.
  • Design and implement controls to prevent future losses.
Business Partnership
  • Serve as a financial partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops teams on pricing and profitability matters.
  • Participate in key business reviews, providing financial insights and pricing recommendations.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
  • Create dashboards and models to track pricing performance, merchant-level profitability, and recovery metrics.
  • Drive automation and visibility across pricing and revenue reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI.

The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in business finance, pricing, or FP&A roles. A strong understanding of merchant acquiring economics, financial modeling, and analytics tools is essential.

Key skills include:

  • A deep understanding of pricing strategy and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Proven ability to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Sharp business acumen with strong ownership and cross-functional influence.
