Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in business development and sales within the recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or talent solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to generate new business and manage accounts independently
  • Strong networking skills with existing corporate connections (preferred)
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
