Job Title: HR Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to make a real impact on our organization's success.

About the Role

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
  • HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with our company goals.
  • Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance management systems, including appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
  • HR Reports: Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
