Human Resources Manager Role

This pivotal leadership position drives the human resources and administrative functions within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Design and deliver engaging orientation programs for new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and addressing conflicts effectively.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and develop performance management processes.
  • Identify training needs for employees and develop tailored development programs.
  • Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters and oversee office facilities management.
  • Supervise administrative staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve complex problems and make informed decisions.
