Regional HR Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Regional HR Manager to drive business results and foster a culture of engagement and employee relations.

This individual will partner with the Sales and Expert Team to deliver strategic human resources initiatives, focusing on organizational development, change management, and employee experience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the culture and engagement agenda for the field force, partnering with Sales and Expert Leadership Team members.
  • Analyze opportunities for improvement and develop mechanisms to sense the pulse of the organization.
  • Design, implement, and manage recognition programs for the Sales and Expert function.
  • Ensure consistency in the application of Employee Relations frameworks and policies.
  • Act as a change champion to manage the people side of change and transformation efforts.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in business partnering, organizational development, and employee relations roles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
