Global Presence

ExxonMobil's affiliates have offices in key locations around the world, including India. Our India team supports the Product Solutions business, engaging in marketing, sales, and distribution of performance and specialty products across chemicals and lubricants.

The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, fleet owners, and franchise car dealers to promote ExxonMobil's Lubricants business.
  • Learn and apply ExxonMobil sales processes, brands, products, and techniques to create solutions for external customers.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management and build profitable business through benefit selling skills.
  • Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of sales planning and ExxonMobil's annual business planning processes.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical, or non-IT) from a reputable university with a CGPA of 7 or above.
  • Preferring MBA in sales and marketing or petroleum management.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Open to frequent travel and relocation as per business needs.
