We are seeking an accomplished Oracle HCM Techno-Functional expert with profound expertise across both technical and functional domains. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM applications and be capable of delivering effective solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports using Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • Manage data migrations and Human Capital Management (HCM) Extracts with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Write and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Benefits.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective resolutions.
  • Support the integration of Human Capital Management with other enterprise systems.
