We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Specialist to join our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, OTL, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, and Workspace. You will work closely with stakeholders from the business and IT peers to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle HCM solutions that meet our business requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and deliver technical solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Performance Management.
  • Implementation and Support: Participate and contribute to the implementation and support of Oracle HCM modules.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise for the implementation of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and extensions (RICE) primarily in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Integration: Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate HCM Cloud with internal and third-party applications.
  • Tech Lead: Manage technical teams and provide status and issue reports on a periodical basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of experience with primarily on Oracle HCM cloud and Oracle EBS HCM modules.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Modules, including Core HR, OTL, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, and Workforce.
  • Well-experienced with Fast Formulas and exception handling.
  • Expertise on OIC Integration, well-versed in WSDL, REST, and SOAP APIs with HCM modules.
  • Strong SQL with performance tuning and well-versed with Oracle HCM Data model.
  • Experience on HDL, HSDL Loaders, and HCM Extracts.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Redwood OTL extensions and customizations.
  • Build Custom Applications and extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Process Cloud Service (PCS), and ADW.
