Job Title: Experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM consultant to implement, configure, and support various HR-related modules.

This role requires a deep understanding of human resources processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including payroll, time management, benefits administration, absence management, compensation, core HR, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead responses to requests for proposal (RFPs) and create comprehensive submissions that align with client objectives and best practices
  • Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functional fit/gaps
  • Configure core HR, absence management, benefits administration, payroll, time management, talent development based on customer needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules
  • Conduct demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications
  • Develop user documentation and training materials for HCM solutions

  • Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or iterative development methodologies
