We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to join our team at Neilsoft. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in proposal writing, pre-sales, and marketing support.

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for generating winning proposals, preparing vendor registrations, and providing pre-sales and marketing support. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Generate high-quality proposals for manufacturing and other multi-disciplinary practices within defined timelines.
- Prepare effective RFIs and internal technical MOMs in consultation with market development and delivery POCs.
- Perform analysis of monthly/yearly proposals submitted, including tracking reports.
- Update proposal templates and rate cards for respective disciplines/practices.
- Benchmark and track costs for existing clients based on scope of work/activities performed.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering technology/services and related industry.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in proposal writing and basic technical understanding of manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrate good verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
- Prior marketing and/or sales support experience in Engineering/IT services industry is preferred.
- Familiarization with standard marketing project slides for Manufacturing segments.
- Opportunity to participate in process improvement initiatives involving automation of existing processes/systems/database.
- Need-based assistance for preparation of customized marketing/business meeting presentations.
