Job Overview:

Sibros is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual objectives, providing accurate and timely reports and forecasts to the leadership team
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, actively penetrate targeted prospects to expand the customer base
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and other sales teams to align on strategies, maximize profitability, and ensure product-market fit
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports to track progress, and present insights to internal stakeholders for strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment or with a focus on selling to Automotive OEMs
  • Deep relationship with Procurement and Engineering leadership teams at Automotive OEMs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
