
Acquisition Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
- Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement management, preferably in a similar industry or sector. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business administration, or engineering is required.
