We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to spearhead hiring in India. This role demands forward-thinking professionals who can leverage AI tools, identify hidden talent pools, and craft innovative sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive elite hiring: Develop bespoke sourcing strategies to attract top Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Functional Consultants from across Kerala, TN, and other key Indian markets.
  • Be a market shaper: Map and unlock new talent pools across cities, staying ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends and competitor ecosystems.
  • Leverage AI and tech: Utilize AI-powered tools, data insights, and digital strategies to optimize recruitment productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Own the candidate experience: Serve as both recruiter and brand ambassador, effectively communicating our vision to top candidates and crafting differentiated engagement for high-demand profiles.
  • Partner and influence: Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to define talent needs and deliver on ambitious goals.
  • Lead with accountability: Drive and report on KPIs like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline velocity, and diversity.
  • Elevate the team: Mentor recruiters, instill a sales-oriented and data-driven mindset, and foster a culture of excellence in TA.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of progressive TA experience, including 3-4 years leading small-mid-sized hiring teams.
  • Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech/SaaS/product companies.
  • A go-getter mindset – persuasive, sales-oriented, and able to thrive under ambitious goals.
  • Strong ability to think outside the box: creative sourcing, employer branding, digital, and social engagement.
  • Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to take stakeholders and teams along while challenging the status quo.
  • Data-driven approach with a sharp focus on recruitment KPIs and ROI.
  • A technical background (B.Tech or equivalent) is a plus, enabling you to speak the language of the talent you'll be hiring.
