Job Title: Talent Strategist

The organization seeks a highly skilled Talent Strategist to lead the recruitment and hiring process, managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent and maintain a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment and hiring process by working closely with hiring managers to fill open positions in a timely manner
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and onboarding new hires
  • Work with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Accurately process employee payroll, ensuring timely and correct distribution of paychecks
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other compensation components
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
Learning and Development/ Performance Management
  • Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, working with appraisers to set goals, provide feedback, and calibrate ratings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Meticulous and organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills
