Job Title: Talent Management Leader

We are seeking a skilled Talent Management Leader to join our team. This is a senior-level position responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and training programs aligned with our brand standards of integrity, hospitality, and tradition.


  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in South Indian jewellery retail nuances, excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities with high emotional intelligence.
  • They will also be able to balance traditional brand values with modern HR practices, experience managing staff across multiple showrooms or locations, and proficiency in HRMS, attendance systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer interaction, and brand storytelling skills among employees.
  • Establish performance appraisal systems that align employee goals with store-level revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and product expertise.
  • Promote a familial work environment reflecting our brand's traditional roots and customer-first philosophy.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting, monitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, training impact, and staffing efficiency.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required.
  • Certifications in HR strategy or employee engagement are advantageous.
