Job Opportunity: Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. This individual will partner with business leadership to drive strategic initiatives that foster a high-performance culture.

The successful candidate will lead the HR function, providing expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. They will work closely with leaders to identify critical roles and key talent, develop plans to staff these roles, and ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent aligned with its needs and values.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations, as well as experience leading HR functions across multiple locations or globally. They will be a self-starter, energetic, agile, and passionate about people, with excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to attract, engage, and retain global talent.
  • Lead the HR team to drive focus and progress on human resource metrics.
  • Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams.
  • Identify critical roles and key talent, develop plans to staff these roles, and ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or relevant HR certifications highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles within complex organizations with a focus on business process management or related industries.

Talent Acquisition & Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams.

Employee Relations & Organizational Effectiveness:

  • Provide oversight and expertise to manage employee relations, including labor and employment concerns.
