We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive the growth and development of our organization. This strategic corporate role will focus on building and scaling our HR systems worldwide, while also setting up a strong foundation in India as our headquarters.

  • The successful candidate will serve as the executive HR leader across all regions, establishing a corporate-level HR framework and designing scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
  • They will oversee local HR operations in India, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • The ideal candidate will partner with executives in India and globally to align talent and performance with business objectives.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • The successful candidate will lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • They will partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • The ideal candidate will launch training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.

Performance & Culture

  • The successful candidate will build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • They will drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
  • They will draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • The ideal candidate will partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 10 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • A track record of managing global HR strategy across multiple regions.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A willingness to travel internationally to offices (US, Turkey, UAE).
