Responsibilities include identifying new business partners, shortlisting profiles according to company requirements, assessing partner skills, negotiating quotes, conducting meetings, maintaining documentation, coordinating with clients across different time zones, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
