About the Role

The role holder plays a significant part in being the face of our organization and in talent partnering with business while providing regular interventions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee End-to-End Recruitment Management, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management processes.
  • Lead hiring for critical leadership roles, niche positions, and volume-based roles, especially sales-related tasks.
Key Priorities:
  1. Talent Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract top talent and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  2. Employee Engagement & Retention: Conduct employee engagement surveys, handle grievance redressal, employee relations, and disciplinary processes, and drive initiatives to reduce attrition.
  3. Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure labor law compliance across branches, oversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy, support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings.
  4. Strategic HR Partnership: Liaise with Function Heads and designate personnel to ensure critical planning and implementation of people strategies, coordinate and work with teams across all centers in the country.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong recruitment skills and experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees and build strong relationships.
  • A deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance across branches.
  • Experience in handling grievances, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
